Sets a Group or Fixture override by HSI values.

This IO Module is stable and has been tested internally.

Specify either the Target as a group or fixture.

Specify the Number of either the group or fixture.

Hue value between 0 and 360.

Saturation value between 0 and 255.

Intensity value between 0 and 255.

Fade time in seconds between 0 and 99999.
